Stoneland undertakes projects in which hand crafted sandstone is used in for landscaping/ garden ornaments, interiors or as architectural elements. Besides, we can supply dimensional stones for cladding and/or flooring as per requirement of the project. In projects, we start the production process only after receiving the designs and understanding the nature & needs of the projects, so that we may meet exacting design and performance criteria.

After we have received all the details from clients, we send shop drawings for approval. And once the drawings are approved the production plan is handed over to production team, which starts the work on the project. Then, under the supervision of master craftsmen, artisans start the production. If required the mock up is made first.

In projects, the designs are usually provided by the client; but if required, our design studio can also create the complete or part designs.

Once the production starts it is closely supervised by the quality control unit. We keep our clients informed about the production development and provide them regular updates about their projects. After the production and finishing is completed, the products are scruitinized by the Quality Controller who knows clients requirement and has thorough technical knowledge.

Product packaging is done in fumigated wooden cases so that precious goods are not damaged. The goods are then stuffed in containers and are shipped. Whole technical and fitting instructions are sent to the client before the goods reach the project site so that they can be installed without any problem.

Team and infrastructure to execute projects:

Design Studio: Stoneland has its own in-house design studio which has all modern gadgetry including latest computers, scanners, printers, plotters, internet connectivity and the latest designing softwares. It is also well stocked with reference material.

Designing Team: This design studio is manned by architects, designers and people who are fluent in working on CAD.

Production Team: This includes production supervisors and master craftsmen.

Production Unit: We get our work done at four production units, which are located near Jaipur, because of labor-intensive nature of work. Each factory has specialisation in the types of goods produced but also at the same time compliment one another in execution of the projects.

Quality Control: We split production into different levels depending on what is being produced. Supervisors who know customer requirements and have full technical knowledge, monitor production processes at every level. And to insure optimum quality further, every level acts as buyer of previous level and if it is not as per requirement the goods are rejected at that level itself.

Packaging and Shipping: Once the production is complete, the goods are packed in fumigated wooden cases or in foam and corrugated boxes, depending on the requirement. Then goods are shipped for project site. Utmost care is taken so that no breakage takes place because every singly piece is invaluable for us and time is of essence.

Fitting Instructions: Technical sheets along with the fitting instructions are sent to the project site before the goods reach there so that goods can be installed as per the plan.
